Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between NetCo Professional Services GmbH, Am Mönchenfelde 13, 38889 Blankenburg, Germany (hereinafter 'Provider') and the customer regarding the delivery of goods and the provision of services. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognised unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of body cam systems, accessories, software and related services in accordance with the respective offers and service descriptions of the Provider.

Offers from the Provider are non-binding. A contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation by the Provider or upon delivery of the goods.

All prices are exclusive of the applicable statutory value-added tax. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery dates and deadlines are considered approximately agreed unless a fixed date has been expressly confirmed. The Provider is entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for new goods is 24 months from delivery. Defect claims must be made in writing immediately upon discovery.

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

The Provider processes the customer's personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection regulations. Details can be found in the privacy policy on this website.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office of the Provider, provided the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
